We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Postgraduate Medical Education team as a Digital Engagement Officer.

This role involves supporting the management of the Medical Education web pages, intranet and emerging channels, ensuring they remain accessible and engaging for Junior Doctor trainees and other stakeholders.

As an ambassador for Medical Education, you will proactively raise the profile of the function across the trust and in the wider region, engaging with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and content creation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and update online content on the Medical Education web pages and intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Liaise with the wider medical education team to gather information and insights for inclusion in digital communications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content and interacting with stakeholders, with evidence of structured career development and a strong understanding of managing key communication mechanisms. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key requirements include:

  • In-depth knowledge of MS software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
  • Experience of updating online content or similar and communicating via social media.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
