Consultant Psychiatrist

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Central Lancashire Home Based Treatment Team (HBTT). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to patients in their homes, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

We are offering a competitive salary of £95,000 - £105,000 per annum, plus additional remuneration for on-call duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced psychiatrist to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in adult psychiatry, with experience in leadership and management roles. They will be able to demonstrate a passion for improving patient outcomes and providing exceptional care. We are committed to supporting our Consultants in their career development and offer a range of training and education opportunities to help them achieve their goals.

This is a full-time position, working 10 PA, and requires participation in the Consultant On Call rota. The postholder will also be expected to contribute to the development of our department and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
