About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Nursery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our founding team and contribute to the growth and development of our Nurseries.

As a Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our head of teaching and learning to prepare for the management of a brand new Nursery. You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for young children and a deep commitment to the mission and values of the Nursery. You will have a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent, and significant experience in a deputy manager, class teacher or room leader role. You will also have the right to work in the UK and a strong awareness of keeping children safe and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage young children to enjoy learning about their environment through fun games and activities
• Develop social awareness through interactions with other children
• Lead a team of experienced professionals to provide high-quality care and education
