About the Role:
- Oversee the delivery of care services in a supportive team environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless care services
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in care work, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
