About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director and Operations Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing business, My Mortgage Finder.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the directors' working life, including diary management, email, and communication.
- Coordinate data in Excel, track marketing statistics, and conduct research on the internet.
- Organise tasks, track progress, and prepare financial information.
- Source items, negotiate prices, and assist with electronic diary management.
- Book meetings, phone calls, and assist with filming for our social channel.
- Read, monitor, and respond to emails, as requested.
- Manage relationships with advisers, staff members, and handle queries.
- Organise travel, prepare itineraries, and plan events for the directors and business.
- Handle personal affairs, including cards, post, phone calls, and managing projects.
- Confidentially handle sensitive information and look for creative ways to support the business and directors.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proven work experience in shared email and diary management channels and Trello.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
What We Offer
