**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure their needs are met.
With a focus on person-centred care, you'll develop and implement individualised care plans, using your expertise and knowledge to improve outcomes for our residents.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow and develop your nursing skills. We offer a competitive salary (£38,000 - £50,000 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes NMC registration fees, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing tools.
