Nursing Assistant Lead

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Elderly Nursing care home in Brackley. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and supporting colleagues in their daily tasks.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each individual receives tailored support and care.
This is a permanent position working 36 hours per week on days, with all breaks paid. The hourly rate is £13.50, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in care.
