Job Title: Residential Care Assistant Lead

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Care Assistant Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to residents in a residential care home, focusing on enhancing their quality of life and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
To oversee the day-to-day delivery of care services, ensuring that all aspects of personal care meet the highest standards. This includes developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual residents' needs and administering medication as prescribed.
To lead and motivate the care team, promoting a culture of collaboration, empathy, and understanding. Foster a positive, supportive environment where staff feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
To maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of care services, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements and Benefits
A minimum of three years' experience in a residential care or nursing home setting is required. Hold a minimum NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour and excellent public transport links.
