The Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking an experienced and skilled Theatre Operations Manager to join their team at The Cherwell Hospital, Banbury.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operating theatre, ensuring that all procedures are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- You will assist the senior team with the management of the theatre or area, including the supervision of junior staff.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in elective orthopaedic and/or ophthalmology as a scrub practitioner and/or anaesthetics and recovery.
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential.
- Flexible and positive attitude.

- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
