Lift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Brackley Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in service management and upholding our commitment to safety and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management within the lift industry, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commercial acumen in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair division, providing 24-hour services for lifts, stairlifts, and lifting equipment across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. You will also be responsible for building and implementing a long-term sustainable growth strategy for the Branch, ensuring optimal performance and development of your team.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a profit share bonus scheme, paid quarterly.
