About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Agent. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries
  • Collect overdue debts and negotiate payment arrangements with customers
  • Identify and escalate instances of vulnerability to senior staff
  • Liaise with other departments and field staff as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to resolve queries and collect debts
  • Update system with accurate call notes and complete associated actions
  • Handle account queries and verbal complaints, escalating complex cases to senior staff
  • Follow established collections processes and procedures
