- Line manage the People and Business Support Manager, ensuring the People team provides consistent HR support.">
Requirements
">A Degree or qualification in Business Management, HRM, or Finance (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent experience is required. Management qualification at SCQF Level 8 or equivalent is also necessary. Budget management experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key skills.
