Role Overview
As Chief Business Operations Officer, you will be responsible for leading our corporate services function at 21HSC LIMITED. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with experience in managing business operations, people, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations
- Oversee digital transformation and manage office facilities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead contract management and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality services.
- Financial Management
- Co-develop the Finance Strategy with the CEO and manage the Finance team's operational delivery.
- Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- People Management
- Develop and lead the charity's People Strategy in partnership with the CEO.
- Line manage the People and Business Support Manager to ensure consistent HR support.
- Co-ordinate with the People Committee to monitor and report on key initiatives.
- Culture and Leadership
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and promote a culture of respect, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Provide visible leadership and develop talent within the organisation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree or qualification in Business Management, HRM, or Finance (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a related or progressively demanding role.
- Management qualification at SCQF Level 8 or equivalent.
Benefits and Salary
- A competitive salary between £43,177 - £46,736 per annum (annual increases up to £50,589).
