Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

A high-level administrative professional is required to support the CEO of Aldrich & Company Limited. The successful candidate will provide exceptional organizational support, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly respected global firm, providing personal and business support to the CEO. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, email, and travel arrangements, as well as overseeing household administration and property management of two private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's diary and email, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
* Oversee household administration, including laundry, cleaning, and maintenance of private residences.
* Manage property portfolios, ensuring timely rent payments and maintenance schedules are met.
* Liaise with management companies and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Provide reception cover during lunchtime, ensuring seamless customer service.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in providing executive support to senior executives or CEOs.
* Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in high-pressure situations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack.
