Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Chief Executive Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives, with a focus on administrative duties and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Client Servicing: Provide high-level support to clients, including managing relationships, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visual aids to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in using CRM systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35k-£42k per annum, depending on experience.
