Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide individualized support to students before, during, and after lessons.
  2. Assist students in understanding and participating in tasks.
  3. Encourage the development of social skills and confidence.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive learning culture.
  6. Participate in training programs to enhance professional development.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with children with special needs. A teaching assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible working hours and short-term contracts.
