The Opportunity:

At Salesloft, we're on a mission to redefine the sales engagement space and empower sales teams to drive more revenue. As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve this goal.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a results-driven, strategic hunter who can generate new business opportunities within the EMEA market. You'll be responsible for educating the market about the power of Salesloft, forecasting sales activity, and creating satisfied customers.

The Team:

Our Salesloft EMEA sales team is comprised of seasoned sales professionals who are passionate about sales technology and providing a world-class customer experience. As an Account Executive, you'll be part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Skill Set:

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in a SaaS environment. You should have experience establishing strategic C-level relationships, running a full sales lifecycle, and executing detailed product presentations. Additionally, you should be adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to build Salesloft brand awareness and close deals.

Within One Month, You'll:

You'll attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, learn our Salesloft story, and understand what makes our 'Lofters' unique. You'll also join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you'll learn our software and develop the skills necessary to set you up for success.

Within Three Months, You'll:

You'll be a product expert, feel comfortable demoing and closing your first deal, and hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and SDR-generated efforts.

Within Six Months, You'll:

You'll consistently meet or exceed your quota, complete your Lessonly training, and continue to focus on your OKRs.

Within Twelve Months, You'll:

You'll be considered a top-performing AE on the team, consistently exceeding your goals, and setting an example for new AEs. You'll also assist in training, onboarding, and motivating new Lofters.
