About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Management team as an Allocations & Lettings Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality Lettings service to new and existing customers in Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, Macclesfield, and Crewe.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers, local authorities, external partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth lettings process.
- Represent Your Housing Group and be the first point of contact for new customers.
- Support the Group's approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback.
- Work from home, guiding new customers through the application process and supporting existing customers when ending their tenancy.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 for a 35-hour week, plus 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays. Our employee offering provides much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
