Lead Our Kitchen Team

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at the Old Vicarage in Leicester. As a key member of our pub management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5 chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented kitchen team
