About the Role

As an Operational Support Manager at Liberty, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and services. You will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling tasks, managing contracts, and communicating with clients and customers.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,960 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including pension scheme, 23 days Annual Leave, Cycle to Work scheme, Liberty Sense Awards, YuLife, and Medicash Health Cash Plan (optional).

A key aspect of the job is providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining service delivery and program works in line with contract requirements and engineer capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of program
  • Manage contract requirements for various jobs
  • Handle calls and schedule a range of works
  • Validate each job to ensure required information is available
  • Manage customer and client relationships
  • Ensure regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system
