About the Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers to join our team as General Supply Teachers. This role is ideal for educators who want to re-enter the profession or find flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in various subjects to secondary students

  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback on student progress to permanent staff members
  • Afford flexibility in work approach, adapting to different school settings
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
  • Previous experience in similar roles or familiarity with diverse student needs is advantageous
  • Creativity in lesson delivery and ability to engage students of all abilities
  • Strong leadership skills for effective classroom management
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
