Organisational Development Officer Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Development Officer to join our team at CV-Library. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through strategic planning and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver change management initiatives, including training programs, communications campaigns, and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to measure progress and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in organisational development, with ability to drive results and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary Information:

£45 per hour
