Administrative Support Opportunity:
A reliable and efficient Medical Administrator is needed to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, forwarding messages, and processing customer orders accurately.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, enabling informed customer interactions and support.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless workflow delivery.
• Proactively address and resolve customer complaints to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management systems.
Three years of customer service experience and prior experience working with databases.

Salary Information:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.
