Residential Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Project Manager to join our team at HLP Consulting, where you will be responsible for managing prime residential projects from inception to completion. With a strong focus on delivering high-end residential projects with values up to £10 million, this is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

  • Project Scope: You will be managing 4-5 prime residential projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Project Value: Up to £10 million per project, providing a significant challenge and reward.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Effective project management, including budgeting, cost management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Leading a team of professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Prime Residential Experience: Proven expertise in high-value residential projects, with a strong track record of success.
