Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately report Spine & Build progress to the Flex Manager and customer
* Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Continuously improve efficiencies and processes to ensure cost-effective build completion
* Ensure all engineers' accreditations are up to date and relevant to their role
* Review and capture KPI data to manage crews' performance
* Engage with the planning team to ensure delivery is executed on site in line with the THP build programme
* Manage TM requirements and compliance across all Flex activities
* Ensure timely and accurate flow of information/documentation between the Planner and Subcontractors/DL resource
* Conduct robust auditing regime in line with MJQ Quality team
* Ensure all Flex activities are accurately invoiced in conjunction with the Flex Manager/Commercial team
* Rectify defects in a timely manner as per customer guidelines

Requirements:

* Telecommunications experience (Openreach)
* Excellent understanding of NRSWA/Streetworks
* Previous track record of field supervision
