Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our client's busy supportive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the purchasing and sales teams with administrative tasks, including answering calls efficiently, directing enquiries appropriately, and checking suppliers' orders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for tracking orders due in, liaising with suppliers for updates, and chasing late deliveries daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Checking suppliers' orders and requesting order acknowledgements
  • Tracking orders due in and liaising with suppliers for updates
  • Chasing late deliveries daily
  • Dealing with purchasing and sales related reporting and administration
  • General office duties such as filing and photocopying when required

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
