The successful candidate will be responsible for helping students develop positive behaviour strategies and coping mechanisms to navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges. The key responsibilities of this role include

  • working closely with teachers and school personnel to create individualized support plans for students;
  • guiding and supporting other Engagement Mentors in providing effective student support;
  • developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is £90-130 per day, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting the academic and personal development of students.
