Academic Support Specialist

Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is a highly respected Multi Academy Trust rated Outstanding by Ofsted. We are looking for an Outreach Behaviour Mentor to join our team and support students with SEMH in Essex.
As an Outreach Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers and school personnel to create individualized support plans for students. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing positive behaviour strategies and coping mechanisms to help students navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges.
- Guiding and supporting other Engagement Mentors in providing effective student support.
We require a candidate with a background in youth work, education, or a related field. You must be able to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds and build positive relationships. Proven ability to guide and support young people in their personal and academic development is essential.
The successful candidate will have a driver's license and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required. Salary: £90-130 per day (PAYE). We offer a supportive working environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
