About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Footasylum in Coventry. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great impression of our store.
  • Become a product expert, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions and providing expert advice.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve store targets and maintain a fun and productive store environment.
  • Ensure the store is always clean and visually appealing, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase is a positive experience for our customers.
About You

We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing, and organised attitude. You will be positive and approachable, with the ability to approach customers with ease and spark enthusiastic conversations. Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
