We are looking for a highly motivated Global Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Anaplan Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and processing the company's payroll operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Payroll Compliance: Review and ensure accuracy of payroll-related information e.g. overtime, deductions, bonuses.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related questions from employees and managers.
  • Record Keeping: Complete and upload monthly payroll journals, holiday accruals, and 1/14th month accruals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the payroll team to ensure all requirements are met monthly and deputize for the Snr Payroll Manager when required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in payroll processing, including acting in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Payroll Software: Experience with payroll software and HR systems (e.g., ADP, Sage, Workday, Payrite or Streamline). Training will be given where required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain payroll matters to employees.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in dealing with payroll discrepancies.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
