Care and Support Specialist

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus an additional £5,000 OTE.
As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals develop new skills and achieve their goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
You will also be responsible for delivering training and supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
An ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, be confident and professional, and able to inspire and motivate others.
Key requirements include holding a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA, having experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3, and possessing occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly).
Able to conduct online remote assessments and face-to-face when required.
Must have a good level of ICT skills and be familiar with ICT systems.
A full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential for this role.
