About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our dynamic team at Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a leading community drug and alcohol service provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality clinical interventions, including opiate substitute prescribing and alcohol detoxification.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and review medication, following best practices guidelines.
  • Offer health and wellbeing interventions, providing guidance and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
