As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our UKI functions and operations. You will provide technical expertise on various application, software, and hardware issues to ensure seamless functionality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complex technical issues and reducing reoccurring incidents
  • Providing technical assistance for internal projects and new business implementations
  • Maintaining accurate process documentation for technical procedures, configurations, and solutions
  • Defining service levels, planning delivery schedules, and requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need proven 3rd line support or infrastructure experience within a logistics and supply chain environment. You will be skilled in troubleshooting with excellent analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, maintain quality, and embed solutions.
