Job Summary

This role requires an IT Field Support Specialist for our UKI functions and operations in Ashby de la Zouch. As a meticulous and dynamic professional, you will provide exceptional technical support to our local team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex technical issues related to applications, software, and hardware.
  • Providing technical assistance for internal projects and new business implementations.
  • Crafting accurate process documentation for technical procedures and solutions.
  • Delivering a consistent and reliable service by defining service levels and planning delivery schedules.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.
About the Position

This role involves occasional travel across the United Kingdom and Ireland to support our UKI functions and operations from various sites.

Requirements

To succeed in this application, you will have:

  • Proven 3rd line support or infrastructure experience, ideally within a logistics and supply chain environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • The capacity to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, maintain quality, and embed solutions.
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
