Job Description: Senior Support Worker
In this critical role, you will lead a team of support workers who deliver personalized care to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising front-line staff and providing guidance and support
- Developing training programs to enhance team performance
- Managing the monthly rota for your team while considering budgetary requirements and absence
- Creating accurate and effective support plans for clients
- Participating in on-call shifts as needed

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
