Job Title: Team Manager

In the social care sector, leadership is key. About the Role:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. The role involves providing guidance, supervision, and support to team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, experience in leadership or management within the social care sector is highly desirable. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies and procedures that benefit both the organization and the community it serves.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they can deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law and organizational standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management within the social care sector.
