Human Resources Generalist

William Grant & Sons, a leading family-owned Whiskey distillery, is renowned for its iconic brands including Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Hendricks Gin, and Reyka Vodka. We are seeking an HR Manager to join our established Operational HR Team in Girvan.

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting team leaders in the Operational Business Unit (OBU) with a range of HR activities, including recruitment, progression, and succession planning, learning and development, and remuneration. This role will involve managing organisational, people, and management issues, providing practical advice and specialist support from Central HR as needed.

• Recruitment: Source, shortlist, and interview candidates to fill OBU vacancies.
• Progression and Succession Planning: Develop strategies to identify, develop, and retain key talent within the OBU.
• Learning and Development: Collaborate with team leaders to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Remuneration: Conduct market research and provide recommendations on pay and benefits packages.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual with strong Excel and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
