Job DescriptionThis role involves providing specialist support to children and young adults in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safeguarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young adult
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and therapy programs
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as Therapeutic Parenting and Safeguarding
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment for children, young adults, and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in childcare or youth work, preferably with relevant qualifications (e.g., SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, young adults, and colleagues
- A valid UK manual driver's license, as travel between locations may be required
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
