About the Role

At Constance Care Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team as a Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

This role involves providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and housekeeping services to our clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to maintain the independence, dignity, and self-worth of our clients.

We offer competitive pay of £12 per hour, plus paid mileage, with flexible hours to suit your needs. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, and access to our in-house app.
