About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Agincare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship, support, and communication to clients
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care
  • Prompt, assist, or administer medications and creams
  • Support clients with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Perform light cleaning tasks and assist with mobility
  • Engage clients in social activities, trips out, and activities within the home

Requirements
  • A minimum of 24 months on your right to work in the UK
