About the Role:

Poppy Lodge is seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Services Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering care and support to young individuals facing Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and Complex Needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
  • Preferred: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People
  • Experience in a residential care environment
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards
  • Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities
  • Proficient training skills
