We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to take on the role of Children's Home Registered Manager in our stunning 4-bed Children's EBD home on Hayling Island, Hampshire.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager with over 2 years of experience to move into a Registered Manager role and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home. As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.
  • Leading and inspiring a team to deliver a holistic and integrated approach to care.
  • Ensuring the home is a safe and supportive environment for the young people.
Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services).
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
