About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of caring for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do approach and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Empathy and a warm-hearted approach to care
