As a Residential Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our young residents to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for providing daily care and support, including assisting with personal care, household tasks, and engaging our young people in activities and tasks.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents. You will need to be patient, resilient, and calm, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
