About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of disability assessment services, dedicated to delivering high-quality assessments that support the needs of individuals and communities.

They are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to join their team in Ipswich, where you will work as a Medical Assessor, assessing the eligibility of individuals for Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with our clients to understand the customer's needs and provide accurate and thorough assessments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their eligibility for Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and other stakeholders
  3. Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and guidelines related to disability assessment
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a patient-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly literate with attention to detail

What We Offer
