We are seeking a recent Psychology Graduate to join our team as an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant at a well-respected specialist school near Coulsdon.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the mental health of vulnerable young people. As an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the mental health and wellbeing of students
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for students
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements

We are looking for a recent Psychology Graduate who is passionate about supporting the mental health of young people. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of mental health issues and be able to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for students.
