About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Intervention and Pastoral Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the mental health and wellbeing of students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

We are looking for a recent Psychology Graduate with a passion for mental health and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
