We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Intervention and Pastoral Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

As a recent Psychology Graduate, you will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Mental Health Sector, working with vulnerable young people and supporting their mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral support to students, promoting their emotional and mental wellbeing
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement intervention strategies
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:

  • Recent Psychology Graduate with a strong understanding of mental health principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students and staff
