As a key member of our engagement team, you will be responsible for implementing our careers promotion and diversity initiative, New Shoots, at RHS Garden Rosemoor in Devon.

Your primary focus will be on delivering inclusive and engaging programs for diverse audiences, including taster days, work experience, youth volunteering, and horticultural skills development programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be creative, personable, and able to work effectively in a remotely managed team. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience engaging with diverse audiences.

A horticultural qualification equivalent to RHS Level 2 or similar experience is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver the RHS' inclusivity and engagement program New Shoots at RHS Rosemoor
* Develop and maintain the Practical Training Hub, a training garden for future horticulturists
* Build and maintain relationships with various teams within the RHS and with local and regional groups and organizations
