We are seeking an experienced Teacher for Complex Needs to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This challenging yet rewarding role involves educating students with complex Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in the South of Bristol area.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored lesson plans that address the unique needs of each pupil, leveraging creative and adaptive teaching methods.
  • Support the class team in developing strategies to manage challenging behaviors, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement, and collaborate with colleagues to inform instruction.
  • Engage with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and working together to develop targeted support plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, focusing on building trust, empathy, and resilience.

Compensation Package: Estimated £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting students with complex needs.
